Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Best Crypto Casinos at watchdogprogressive.com. We publish reviews and rankings of offshore crypto casinos that accept US players — sites that take Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Dogecoin and other altcoins. We are an independent comparison publisher. We do not operate a casino, hold player funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or run any game. By reading the site or following a link from it, you accept what follows.

Who may use this site
This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use watchdogprogressive.com, and at least 21 where the operator you are looking at or the rules applying where you live set a higher minimum. Age limits vary between sites: some offshore crypto casinos state 18+, others 21+, and each operator's own terms decide which applies to your account. Always read the minimum age on the casino's own terms page before registering. We do not knowingly direct any content at people below those ages and no part of this site is intended to appeal to minors.
You must also be responsible for checking your own position under the law where you live. Nothing here is permission to use a site that excludes you.
How we make money, and what that does not buy
Best Crypto Casinos earns commission. When you follow a link to an operator such as BetPanda, CoinPoker Casino or Cryptorino and open an account, we may be paid a referral or revenue-share fee by that operator. You pay nothing extra as a result, and the operator's offer to you is the same as it would be if you had found them directly.
Commission does not buy a position in our rankings, a rating, or favourable wording. Our editorial ratings — for example 10.0 for BetPanda or 9.5 for Vave — are assigned by us and are not customer-review scores. They are our own assessment, not a poll of players. Commercial agreements exist with some but not all of the operators we cover, and we also list and discuss sites we earn nothing from. Where we describe a limitation of a site, that stays in whether or not we have a commercial relationship with it.
What our rankings are based on
We research operators from published sources: the casino's own terms, bonus rules and payout pages, its stated licensing, publicly available information about its software providers and its game lobby, and user-facing documentation such as fee and confirmation policies. We have not deposited, played or withdrawn at these sites, and we make no claim to have tested payout speeds ourselves. Where we mention a withdrawal time, it is what the operator advertises, not a result we measured.
The factors we weigh are:
- Coin support — whether BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE and wider altcoin options are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals.
- Payout speed and limits — advertised processing times, whether withdrawals are automated, and the minimum and maximum amounts per transaction or period.
- Verification policy — whether an account can be opened without identity documents, and the circumstances in which the operator reserves the right to request them anyway.
- Game range — slots, live dealer tables, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and in-house originals such as crash, dice and plinko.
- Bonus terms — headline value read against wagering requirements, time limits, game weighting and maximum cashout.
- Licensing and transparency — which jurisdiction the licence is claimed in, and how clearly the operator publishes its rules.
Bonus information and why the terms always govern
We publish headline offers as the operator advertises them. Those figures are summaries, they change without notice to us, and the operator's own terms and conditions are the only binding version. A few examples of what we list, with the conditions that matter:
| Operator | Advertised offer | Conditions to check before you commit |
|---|---|---|
| BetPanda (rated 10.0) | 10% weekly cashback | Qualifying period, whether cashback is calculated on net losses, any wagering applied to the credited amount, and minimum payout threshold. |
| CoinPoker Casino (9.9) | 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000 | Playthrough multiple, eligible games and weighting, expiry window, minimum deposit, and any cap on winnings converted from bonus funds. |
| Cryptorino (9.8) | 100% match up to 1 BTC + 10% weekly cashback | The BTC ceiling moves with the market rate; check the rate used, wagering on the match portion, and whether cashback and match can run together. |
| Punkz (9.8) | 20,000 USDT welcome bonus + 15% cashback | Whether the headline figure is a single grant or a tiered package across deposits, plus wagering and time limits on each tier. |
| BC Game (9.7) | Four match bonuses up to $4,000 + 400 free spins | Each deposit tier has its own minimum and wagering; free spins usually carry separate wagering and a per-spin value cap. |
| Wild.io (9.5) | Up to 350% across first three deposits + 200 free spins | "Up to" means the top tier only; check the deposit needed for each step and the cashout cap on spin winnings. |
Other operators we cover — Hyperlucky, Winna, Thrill and Vave — run cashback and rakeback structures that are read the same way: the percentage is a headline, and the qualifying activity, tier requirements and payout timing sit in the operator's terms. We never publish a bonus figure as if it were unconditional. If you find a discrepancy between what we show and what a casino shows, the casino's page wins, and we would welcome a note about it through our contact page.
Money, coins and volatility
All play at the sites we cover is funded on-chain from a self-custody or exchange wallet. Deposits and withdrawals carry network or gas fees that the blockchain charges, not the casino, and those fees vary with congestion. Confirmation times differ by chain — and a withdrawal an operator marks as "instant" only means it left their queue quickly, not that it has settled in your wallet.
Two risks belong on the record here. First, gambling loses money for most people over time; there is no strategy, game type or coin that changes the house edge, and you should never stake funds you need for anything else. Second, crypto prices move. A balance held in BTC or ETH can be worth materially less by the time it reaches your wallet, and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are used by many players precisely because they track dollar value during play. Neither risk is something this site can remove or predict.
We do not handle your funds at any point, and we cannot recover, reverse or trace a transaction. On-chain transfers are final. Disputes about a balance, a bonus, a closed account or a delayed payout are between you and the operator, under that operator's terms and its licensing jurisdiction's complaints process.
Legal status, and what we are not telling you
There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the United States. Regulated online casinos exist in a small number of states — New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island among them — and those operators do not run on cryptocurrency. The crypto casinos we cover are offshore, typically licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan, or in some cases Malta, rather than by any US regulator. That places them in a legal grey area for US players, and we state that plainly rather than implying anything is licensed or approved for use here.
State laws differ, and some states are explicitly restrictive. Operators also self-restrict certain states, and the excluded list varies from site to site and changes over time. It is your responsibility to check your own state's position and the operator's own terms before you register or deposit. We will not tell you a site is legal or available where it is not, and nothing on watchdogprogressive.com should be read as implying nationwide availability.
We also do not advise on working around anything. We will not explain how to get around a state geoblock, an operator's country restrictions, or a KYC, anti-money-laundering or sanctions check, and we do not present low-verification or no-KYC play as a way to conceal income, avoid tax or move funds illegitimately. Many sites that advertise anonymous play reserve the right to request identity documents at withdrawal, on large wins, or where a security or compliance flag is raised. Using a VPN may also breach an operator's terms and put a balance at risk.
Winnings from gambling and gains on cryptocurrency can both create US tax obligations. That is general information, not advice — speak to a qualified tax professional about your own situation. The same applies to any legal question raised here: consult a qualified professional rather than relying on a comparison site.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We check what we publish against the operator's own published material and date our reviews. Even so, crypto casinos change terms, coin support, bonus structures, restricted-state lists and withdrawal limits frequently and without telling publishers. Content on this site is provided as general information on an "as is" basis. We give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it, and we accept no liability for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of it. Always read the operator's live terms before you act.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, their content, their security practices or their handling of your data, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave watchdogprogressive.com. Protecting your own account — a strong unique password, two-factor authentication, and care with your wallet keys and seed phrase — is yours to do, and no publisher can do it for you.
Content ownership and acceptable use
The reviews, rankings, comparison tables and explanatory writing on this site are our own work and remain our property. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. Republishing pages in whole, scraping the site at scale, or reproducing our ratings as though they were your own is not permitted. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only; their presence does not indicate any endorsement of this site by them.
You agree not to use the site to post unlawful material, to misrepresent yourself as connected to us, or to interfere with its operation.
Gambling safely, and where to get help
Gambling should stay a paid form of entertainment with a limit you have set in advance. It is not a way to earn, to recover money already lost, or to deal with stress. If it stops feeling that way, stop and get support.
- Set a deposit and time limit before you start, and use the operator's own limit, timeout and self-exclusion tools where they exist.
- Offshore sites may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion options as state-regulated operators, and there is no US regulator to appeal to if they fall short.
- Confidential help is available 24/7 from the National Problem Gambling Helpline on 1-800-GAMBLER.
Our responsible gambling guidance goes into the tools and warning signs in more detail, and our editorial background and review policy explains who writes this site and how the process works.
Changes, and how to raise something with us
We update these terms when our practices, our commercial arrangements or the regulatory picture change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review. Continuing to use watchdogprogressive.com after an update means you accept the current version.
If something here is unclear, if you believe a review or a bonus figure is out of date, or if you want to know whether we hold a commercial relationship with a specific operator, write to us and we will answer. You can reach the editorial team through our contact details. We would rather correct something than leave it wrong.
